Meanwhile, Hakuro receives a message from Akito’s kidnapper telling him to hand over “something of great value” that belonged to his mother or else his half-brother will die. But what is it and how can Hakuro find it? And how did his mother really die? Who is the kidnapper and is Kaede really Akito’s wife?
