Recently relocated from California and now desperate to move out of their cramped rental digs, feisty couple Tyler and Megan are on the hunt for a spacious Charlotte-area home, and are prepared to duke it out over a mancave for him or a home office for her. Property expert Egypt Sherrod is determined to get them out of the boxing ring and into a knockout home that satisfies both of their needs. But finding a fully loaded property at the lower end of their budget is a tall order. Eventually though, Egypt hatches a creative strategy that yields a mega-dose of Southern charm that seems too good to be true.
