But even with their hefty budget and sizeable down payment, they can't afford a Manhattan property that delivers everything on their wish list. Property expert Egypt Sherrod promises to set the newlyweds up with a swank two-bedroom pad with all the perks. That is, as long as they're willing to move to Brooklyn where their money will go a lot further. The hunt is on for a move-in ready condo that ticks all the boxes. But Dave and Andrea soon realize they'll have to compromise on either location or size.
