They've saved up a down payment and now they're looking to put down permanent roots in a family-friendly community. Property expert Egypt Sherrod promises to track down a comfortable move-in ready property in the suburbs an hour outside Manhattan, but warns the couple they may have to compromise on their substantial wish list.
