God warns that Nimrod was a great hunter and would have the potential for a great leader. Nimrod demonstrates his hunting skills. Nimrod is admired by the women of the city. As an ordinary citizen, Lucifer ignites the people in favor of Nimrod. Ninrode is interested in Liba. Semiramis makes a fuss and tells Liba to stay away from his son. Lucifer is pleased to see Nimrod talking to a monkey. Lucifer sees Semiramis devastated.
