Wilsberg is engaged by Marie Kaiser to shade her husband, a professor at the University of Münster. She has reasonable grounds to suspect that he is cheating. When Wilsberg actually photographs Professor Kaiser while loving a student, gunshots are suddenly fired. The professor, however active, collapses lifelessly.
