Pat believes she has more traditional tastes, whilst Tommy's bag is influenced by his travels around the world and is full of more unusual ingredients. Inventive chef Ellis Barrie transforms Pat's ingredients into a beautiful selection of dishes which include scones with mango jam. Meanwhile, Tommy's exotic ingredients are elevated by our queen of spice, Romy Gill.
