In order to prevent a powerful EMP emitter from falling into the wrong hands, Mega Man works together with Blasto Woman to stop the heist. At the advice of Suna, Mega Man prepares a Plan B just in case of a double-cross....especially when Blasto Woman plans to disable Mega Man and sell him to Lord Obsidian.
