Suspecting Destron, Kazami Shiro goes to the hospital, only to have the missing man reappear — a disguise for Magnet-Boar, who aims to destroy Japan's national railway system. After an intense fight, Shiro discovers that he cannot transform into V3! But, this was simply a ruse to allow the sinister Doktor G safe passage into Japan...
