The Show Offs go contemporary with this version of a “Broadway Today” musical. Hailey and Lisa improvise a dynamite duet called “Get Off My Lawn!” which inspires the full musical named by the audience as, “The Grass is Always Greener.” The cast launches into a long history between the two former high school best friends. The rivalry heats back up when Lisa moves back into the neighborhood right next to her arch nemesis, Hailey. To fuel the fire, their respective husbands add to the drama as they defend their spouses' honor with a Zumba dance off. The only hope to restore peace comes from Ivan, the Russian lawn expert, and Sarah, the mysterious town council woman looking for love.
