Anđelka felt her heart pounding when she saw Nenad, while he was looking at her confused and disappointed. He stood there defeated by the duality she was playing, but he didn't say anything to her. Anđelka admitted to him that she thought he was a womanizer who only saw her as a summer pastime. Nenad admits that he is enchanted by her, but, unfortunately, his uncle is in love with Anđelka.
