Thank you all so much for all of your support throughout 2016 - I had just 3,000 subscribers at the start of the year and now there are over 27,000 of you beautiful people! Thanks for joining me on my journey through motherhood. I cried making this 2016 rewind video! It was our best year yet and I am sad that it is over - but excited to see what 2017 brings. It was a year of pregnancy, birth, love, holidays and so many firsts and memories. I am so happy that I have logged so many special moments this year - this is truly why I vlog. Happy New Year xxx
