She decides to show Gwen the ring on her finger despite her promise, but Whitney stops her just as Ethan and Gwen become officially engaged. Beth tells Hank how happy she is to be back together with Luis after all these years, and she thinks they finally have a chance at forever. Hank admits that he feels the same about his relationship with Sheridan.
