No one knows who released the Four Generals, not even King Enma. All that's known is that a red-faced youkai was seen at the scene. Requests from youkai to Kitaro come fluttering in. Kitaro and the others head to a mountain where plans for a golf course are moving ahead. Kitaro and the others stand against the destruction of the ground and the homes of the youkai. Meanwhile, a shadow moves in the darkness behind this incident... Who could it be?!
