Here you can meet 10-year-old Piet, who has a disease so rare that doctors all over the world have not been able to diagnose it. Andrea, 12, whose metabolic disease is so severe that she must have treatment every week to survive. And Bastian, eight, whose Crouzon syndrome means he has to go through countless cranial surgeries. But despite a life in and out of hospital, and an everyday life with many challenges, Piet, Andrea and Bastian insist on getting the best out of life. Going to football and being with good friends who keep the spirits up between the many hospital visits.
