Three Orphan Kittens is a Silly Symphony that was released on October 26, 1935. It was the winner of the 1935 Academy Award for Best Short Subject. It was followed in 1936 by a sequel, More Kittens. It was adapted into a book titled "Three Orphan Kittens: The World Is A Wonderful Place", which loosely follows the film's plot and was also included in the Powell's Book compilation "Disney Animal Stories".
