Ganapat Rao shouts at Ballalpant for not carrying out his duties. He asks Ballalpant to get more funds to run the shows but Ballalpant refuses. In a fit of rage, Ganapat Rao asks Ballalpant to leave. Then, Ballalpant meets Sai and narrates his ordeal. Meanwhile, Kulkarni decides to exploit Ganapat Rao's situation.
