Stitch and Yuna find a mysterious yellow alien flutist, who quickly gets everybody's collective attention. What nobody realizes is Flute is actually Experiment 021, who not only frames Stitch for mass destruction, but the more attention he gets, the stronger Flute becomes. Even to the point where he can outdo Stitch.
