After a busy and fulfilling day - treating patients including a girl involved in a hit and run accident, and two women who are attacked in a nightclub - Iain feels that his work with Ruby is done. Elsewhere, Dylan sees maggots cleaning a wound and gets an idea, and Ruby moves in with Jade and Marty.
