The members are split into 6 and each will become the captain of 1 of the girl groups (CLC, Cosmic Girls, Gugudan, Weki Meki, Fromis 9; Cosmic Girls is split into 2 teams). This episode was a twist of famous Korean idol event Idol Star Athletics Championships. Each member also shows their own way of leading a team. Comedian Kim Tae-hyun and gaming commentator Kim Jung-min guested as commentators for the whole event.
