Phil Spencer is in Bristol and Hertfordshire, catching up with two young couples. In 2016, Phil first met childhood sweethearts Rich and Bethan, who were bidding to find their first marital home. Having loved and lost a couple of properties, the couple were looking for Phil to give them the confidence to finally seal a deal. Also in 2016, Phil helped Laura and Ben relocate to Birmingham from Bristol. Now Phil's back to see how their lives have changed.
