A man and his two roommates search for a home in LA's San Fernando Valley. All three agree they want a home they can fix up and put their creative stamp on. With one roommate wanting their own bathroom and a cook's kitchen while the other looks for a pool and ample parking, however, he may have to compromise on his wish list to keep everyone happy.
