The Property Brothers come to the rescue and help them find a budget-friendly dream home that can be renovated on time. With a budget that doesn't match her expectations, Drew and Jonathan struggle to sell the potential of a fixer-upper. The couple finally decides between two massive renovation projects but with four other offers on the table, Drew has to work his magic to seal the deal. Then it's over to Jonathan, who has only five weeks to compete the job. Immediately, the couple throws a wrench in Jonathan's design plan with non-negotiable add-ons leaving him with a dwindling budget and tight timeline.
