The Property Brothers come to the rescue and help them find a budget-friendly dream home that can be renovated on time. With a budget that doesn't match their expectations, Drew and Jonathan struggle to sell the potential of a fixer-upper. The couple finally decides between two huge renovation projects, but Jonathan has to complete the job in just over five weeks. With the house costing a bit more than expected, the couple is forced to scale back their plans. And when the demolition hits a major flooring issue and pumps up unexpected costs, tensions run high.
