Wildly social and tired of being crammed in a tiny apartment, Olivia is desperate to buy a new house. The Property Brothers come to the rescue and help her find a budget-friendly dream home that can be renovated on time. With a budget that doesn't match her expectations, Drew and Jonathan struggle to sell the potential of a fixer-upper. Olivia finally decides between two big renovation projects and Jonathan has to complete the job in just over four weeks. But right after the pair rip out the toilet, Olivia drops news on Jonathan that forces him to rethink his plans. Then disaster strikes and the kitchen becomes a high-alert danger zone. In the midst of even more challenges, a house guest comes to visit. Jonathan is left reeling with a mountain of tasks and just two days until the renovation deadline.
