The Property Brothers come to the rescue and help her find a budget-friendly dream home that can be renovated on time. With a budget that doesn't match her expectations, Drew and Jonathan struggle to sell the potential of a fixer-upper. She finally decides between two big renovation projects but with tough negotiations it takes over a month to close the deal. And Jonathan has just four weeks to complete the job. Then the curve balls came fast and furious: Amber wants upgrades that force Jonathan to transform his design; the plumbing is completely rusted out; and the foundation is weak so construction has to be stopped. The budget takes some major hits and Amber sees her dreams slipping away. Jonathan steps up to save a damsel in distress!
