Forced to live and work out of a cramped rental with their beloved dogs and cat, Kate and Cole decide it's finally time to buy their first house. The Property Brothers come to the rescue and help the couple find a budget-friendly dream home that can be renovated on time. With a budget that doesn't match the couple's expectations, Drew and Jonathan struggle to sell the potential of a fixer-upper. The couple finally decides between two big renovation projects, and Jonathan only has four weeks to complete the job. But they instantly fall behind schedule when the demolition takes far longer than expected. The couple presses for add-ons that puts pressure on Jonathan to make miracles happen. With all the material and design changes flying at him, Jonathan has serious concerns that he won't be able to come in on time or under budget.
