Dorothy lives in a farm with her uncles, who give her a little dog as a gift. One day, Dorothy decides to stay alone on the farm, when suddenly a violent hurricane takes her away from the farm. When she lands, she discovers she has just landed over a gnome town, accidentally saving them from a wicked witch.
