Kat even sets up a date for the pair at the Youth Center, but Ranger-duty cuts into their time together. He loses out on the snowboarding champ, but might just have something going right under his nose with a certain Pink Ranger... Meanwhile, Bulk & Skull are put in charge of Lt. Stone's prize-winning flowers during the day of both the sweltering heat, and a visit by the garden committee!
