A bungalow in Callington in Cornwall, a three-bed semi in Willenhall near Wolverhampton and a terraced house in Hertfordshire's Watford are all sold under the hammer. Martin Roberts, Dion Dublin and MartelMaxwell meet the new owners, and hear their plans for their auction buys. But for one developer there is a hard lesson learned after breaking a golden hammer rule.
