Carly and Jonathon love living in Jacksonville, Florida but they can't stand living in an apartment complex. They want a home they can decorate the way they want, with a big backyard for their dog. And since Carly and Jonathon are an active couple, they're hoping to find a house in a development with a community gym. Carly is open to a fixer but Jonathon wants something move-in ready with lots of upgrades. But with a limited budget, it's going to be a challenge for her to find a place that has everything they want.
