Carly is angry to learn that Craig lies to Rosanna telling her that he slept with Carly before the wedding. When Carly lets slip that Rosanna is having a hysterectomy a stunned Craig hurries off to find her. Rosanna is relived when an encouraging Craig consoles her, promising to see her through the surgery. Jack refuses to believe that J.J. is not his son. Carly chastises John for getting ahead of himself when he insists on Jack and J.J. taking another paternity test. Later, Carly reels when John calls to inform her that J.J. is definitely not Jacks son. Marshall awakens after his surgery and bonds with his father, while Ben releases Jessica from her promise to be with him if he saved Marshalls life. Later, Jessica sidetracks Bonnie when Bonnie questions Jessicas true feelings for Marshall. Meanwhile, Marshalls blood pressure drops but Ben dismisses it. Alison is relieved to learn that Hal is not pressing charges against her, but is devastated to find out that Will is being sent to the psych ward. Hal refuses Alisons offer to lie so Will has an alibi. Later, Alison bonds with Will while Hal apologizes to Emily for shutting her out.
