The officers deal with a number of uninsured drivers, including one who leads them on a 35- minute chase and another who flees the scene of a rush-hour crash, earning himself a full-scale investigation for his trouble. Then in Bradford, a crackdown on road offences leads to the officers nabbing another insurance avoider, but tensions run high as a result.
