This floor to ceiling renovation demos two walls: an exterior patio wall that's replaced by a sliding glass door and brand new air conditioner and a kitchen wall that's rebuilt as a pony wall/bar. Add new countertops, maple cabinets, vinyl floors, appliances, skylight, sink and faucet and you've got a comfortable space --full of style and grace.
