Olivia and Loren are tired of renting and want to put down permanent roots and purchase a waterfront home of their own in the gorgeous seaside city of Portland Maine. Loren is very price conscious due to their hopes of having children in the close future, although they need a big house for those future children, and big homes cost big money.
