Having one bathroom for five people is just not working anymore, so an upstate New York family is on the hunt for a bigger place. He would like to have his own spot at the dining room table, rather than having to sit on a fold-out chair like he currently does. Most importantly, they want a huge master suite with a bathroom they don't have to share with the kids.
