Luke asks Felicia to decide once and for all whether she wants to stay married to Mac. Pulling back from Elizabeth's kiss, Lucky reminds her that they can't relive the past. As Edward hurries to call an ambulance, Sonny anxiously leans over Carly while A.J. gapes in shock at the destruction he's caused. Mac explains to Laura that although he still loves Felicia he's through dealing with her duplicity. Meanwhile, Felicia regretfully tells Luke that she has to do what's best for her children even if it means putting an end to a beautiful friendship. Elizabeth appeals to Lucky to believe in the dreams they shared, but he refuses to engage in a stroll down memory lane. An enraged Edward lashes out at A.J., who insists Carly provoked him into quarreling with her. In the ER, Tony works to stabilize Carly and her unborn child while a fretful Sonny hovers nearby. Later, sitting by Carly's bed in the ICU, Sonny urges his unconscious fiancee to fight hard for herself and for the baby.
