And now thanks to financial help from their grandparents, they're pooling their resources and looking for an all-in-one investment and living solution. Determined to keep sibling rivalry to a minimum, Drew and Jonathan step in with a plan. First, Drew leads the charge for a dog-friendly property and then leverages key information at the negotiating table. Later, when the demolition uncovers expensive problems, the entire family pitches in to save money. Jonathan comes up with a solution for a dated ceiling, and then scrambles with a major last-minute change.
