The only problem is that with sky-high expectations and a long wish list, they're about to get a reality check. To right size the couple's demands, Drew and Jonathan step in with some real estate therapy. And before long, the search is on for a fixer-upper with a handsome frame. A surprise bid on a listing they love means Sukhvir and Beeban soon find themselves back at square one. Later, it's up to Jonathan to make the most of a shrunken reno budget and that means finding creative ways of saving money.
