Meanwhile Oswald calls Maroni saying to kill Falcone. Then, Jim talks to Captain Barnes about Hatter and how they need to get him. Then Mayor Aubrey James talks about Hatter and how he likes tricks and rabbits and warns GCPD Polices and Rookies and everyone to not leave the city of Gotham or Arkham.
