The original Canadian documentary examines the case of Florida death-row inmate Tommy Zeigler unsuccessfully battling his murder conviction for 38 years – Tommy Zeigler was a successful businessman, a leader in his community, and by all appearances, a dedicated husband and son. All that changed on Christmas Eve, 1975 when tragedy struck at the W. T. Zeigler furniture store.
