After being washed up on shore of V-Lomo beach, a new girl named Zoey unexpectedly arrives in Vyond City and befriends the Kid Detectives, who are cleaning up the beach. Meanwhile, Brooklyn's enemy from her old hometown, Brayden Rogers has finally tracked her down, and in revenge, teams up with Doug to kidnap Bridget, Brooklyn's older sister.
