Radio 2 In Concert

Presented by Jo Whiley, Paul Weller performs for Radio 2 In Concert at the BBC Radio Theatre, featuring classic hits from his extensive back catalogue alongside songs from his latest release, True Meanings. This is Paul's 26th album including his early years with The Style Council and The Jam before launching his solo career in the early 1990s. True Meanings has been described by Paul himself as ‘grandiose yet delicate’ and is the perfect showcase for a performer and songwriter whose work has reached a new creative peak. This exclusive concert features Paul’s own band performing alongside The London Metropolitan Orchestra playing the arrangements of Hannah Peel.

Expect her to perform tracks from both LPs as well as songs from her recent fifth album, Still on My Mind - her first in six years - which sees her join forces again with her brother and long-time collaborator Rollo Armstrong.
