The story of Lesley and Mark Irwin, who fell foul of a single mother who turned out to be a confidence trickster - she advertised their home as a rental property, and stole deposits from unwitting students hoping to move into the area. Plus, Susan and Gary Bailey, who planned to rent out their buy-to-let investment home in East London and took on an agent to deal with tenants on their behalf.
