When a brutally mutilated body is discovered in the Thames, Moses Jones is put on the case by his superiors at Scotland Yard, simply because of his ethnic heritage. Moses Jones and his assistant DS Dan Twentyman continue their investigation into a brutal murder following the discovery of a mutilated body in the Thames. Moses returns to the brothel to find a crucial piece of evidence which implicates famous sports commentator Frank Costello. However, Moses and Dan feel unsupported by Scotland Yard and when the wave of violence escalates, they fear they are dealing with a killer even more sinister than they first thought.
