The two teams chose their captains and are immediately challenged with the first test. One of the captains get a direct impact on the competition.

The talents have the need for nerves of steel and precise aim if they have any hope for winning the competition. A lot is at stake, if team yellow wins, only one point will separate the two teams.

Gustav and Laura have chosen to jump from a 10 meter high cliff into the Opal lake. Everything doesn't go as planned, when a team member is suddenly in serious trouble in the middle of the lake.

The competitors are challenged with the most serious task yet, they have to prove that they can revive a dead person. It requires a large amount of courage, decisiveness and a lot of training.

Team yellow is at the edge of the cliff before today's last challenge. Only victory can keep their dream alive. Just before the competition starts, problems arise. Can the team keep their calm or will team red win?

Team yellow did the impossible, and made a crazy comeback. The score is now tied and everything can happen. The team members is to be real life guards at Sandvig Strand. The responsibility is big and the challenges keep flowing in.

Will Team Red or Team Yellow be the champs, and named Best Lifeguards in Denmark. There's be a lot of challenges, and both teams have been fighting, bot only one team can win.

It's time for the finale. Team Red has been split up, and the former teammates now have to compete against each other. Who will be the final winner?

The excitement is high, and the nerves are worn out. Only one winner is left.
