It’s the season finale of Lanterns: The Official Podcast. Juju Green sits down with showrunner, writer, co-creator and executive producer Chris Mundy, co-creator, writer and executive producer Damon Lindelof, and co-creator, writer and executive producer Tom King to break down Episode 8, “Dirt and Stars.”
The conversation goes deep on John Stewart accepting the Green Lantern mantle, Hal Jordan’s legacy, the emotional choices behind the finale, the new Green Lantern oath, Sinestro’s influence, the John Stewart and Noah Macon relationship, and the creative decisions that brought the season to a close.
Then, Juju talks with Shea Pritchard, who plays Noah Macon, about stepping into the role, working with Aaron Pierre and Kyle Chandler, Noah’s biggest choices in the finale, and the nature-versus-nurture themes at the heart of his character. Plus, Ulrich Thomsen delivers one final message as Sinestro.
