Maggie meets with Terry and Samantha who moved to Ireland from the UK three years ago. Although they love Ireland, they are looking to relocate to Spain for a change of lifestyle. Maggie helps Moira and Damien find a house in France. They love French culture and cuisine. The property has to be big enough so that family, including grandchildren can come and spend holidays and it had to have a large garden so they can grow veg and fruit. Their maximum budget is €200,000.
