At this time when the Constitution is being challenged, whether here or in the USA, for example, let's understand where this concept comes from and how it interacts with who we are in society. Currently, constitutionalism is the ideology that generally governs the system of organization of States. The existence of a Constitution, written or not, implies a series of legal norms that limit governments, laws and judges, either by imposing procedures to be followed or by providing basic rights to citizens. However, not only was the organization of powers not always like this, but also the constitutional system itself has undergone many changes since its birth.

After understanding how the body is capable of generating energy for its functioning, it is time to understand how we move. We have energy and we need to transform it into movement. Let's understand how the desire to move reaches our muscles, what mechanisms the Central Nervous System needs to use to do this. Voluntary movements are much more complex than they seem, there are still movements that we do not have full control over. After understanding what a reflex is, the listener will understand that the football commentator is wrong when he says that the goalkeeper made a save “on reflex”.

When and where did Christianity emerge? We can imagine that preaching that “all are equally children of one God” and that they have the same rights, and must treat others with respect and love, must have been, in the imagination of Rome's rulers, an absurd act of rebellion. The type of idea that could very well undermine the unity of the Empire in addition to questioning the Emperor's authority before this supposed “God”. But what was, after all, this revolutionary religion/movement that would become a thorn in the side of Rome's absolute power and that would later become the official religion of the Empire?

The history of the evolution of buildings over the centuries and the improvement of the construction process is entirely related to human evolution. For a few million years, humans basically fed on plants and animals and lived as nomads without establishing roots anywhere. Construction came into existence from the moment there was a need to establish a settlement in a certain region. But this process of human "domestication" will have an influence on how the first towns, villages and all the great constructions of human history are established!
