Sunaina re-checks with Piyush about the Jefferson's project, Piyush is about to lambaste her but the trouble awaits him. Piyush and Gautam notice that the exit interviews are going on for the employees. Piyush realizes that every employee is a cost as well as a resource. When the cost factor overpowers the resource factor, the employee becomes the liability and is given the pink slip. RDX has been given the pink slip. Though Piyush never liked RDX, he feels bad for him. Piyush surprises him as he runs an emotional slideshow of the RDX's old pictures.
